A secret recipe that enhances the unique flavour of our products, crafted by NordSalse, a historic company from the Langhe region that has been creating gastronomic excellence for over 40 years.

THE TEAM
Gaia
She studies at high school in Milan, competes in alpine skiing in Bardonecchia, and is the visionary and strategic mind behind the company. Tormented by chili peppers and devilish sauces since her baby bottle days, she fears no capsaicin and can identify dozens of super-hot varieties by smell alone. Though still a teenager, she doesn’t aim to change the world—but she’s committed to making it a spicier 🌶 place!
Roberto
Gaia’s aging father, a Political Science graduate and entrepreneur across various sectors and countries, is passionate about devilishly hot chili peppers and their processing. Following a mystical crisis coinciding with his 50th birthday, he decided to invest time, effort, pain, and money into a passion: creating the perfect hot sauce—Made in Italy, from seed to jar! 🇮🇹
Boss
🐾 About seven years ago, a cross between a powerful Rottweiler and a determined Amstaff, found by pure chance along life’s road, decided to join the family. But he didn’t just become part of it—he took control. After tasting the pleasures of a life of unrestrained luxury, he decided he wanted glory too. And so, fearlessly, he puts his face on it!
